Das Essen war immer Ausgezeichnet, es gab nichts zu bekriteln. Die Bedingung und die Atmosphäre waren auch sehr freundlich und einladend. Preis/Leistung ist absolut Top!

Normalerweise würden wir dort wahrscheinlich wohl nicht essen gehen, denn direkt neben einer Gondelbahn erwartet man eher ein sehr rustikales und einfaches Niveau.Uns wurde dort abseits der normalen Karte ein Lammrücken empfohlen, frisch vom Feld nebenan geschlachtet, dazu gab es Wedges. Als Dessert hatten wir ein Erdbeersalat, sowie ein Rhabarber an Himbeere.Alles hatte fast Gourmetniveau! Aus meiner Sicht ist das Restaurant eine echte Empfehlung, auch für Durchreisende, die etwas wirklich gutes suchen.

Hier wird regionales Fleisch von einem echten Koch zu mehr als fairen Preisen zubereitet, und es gibt keine frittierten Metro-Schnitzel wie in den meisten Skihütten. Die Bedienung war außerdem sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wenn Sie Wert auf Qualität und Tierwohl beim Essen legen, sind Sie hier genau richtig!
