Vor Kurzem durfte ich einen angenehmen Abend im Roten Haus in Dornbirn verbringen, und ich kann sagen, dass es eine rundum positive Erfahrung war.Beim Betreten des historischen Hauses wurde wir herzlich empfangen und umgehend zu unserem reservierten Tisch geleitet. Die Atmosphäre des Hauses strahlt einen charmanten Charakter aus, der sich ideal für einen gemütlichen Abend eignet.Besonders hervorheben möchte ich unseren Kellner Sascha. Er war stets präsent, freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Sein Service machte unseren Besuch noch angenehmer.Das Essen war einfach ausgezeichnet. Ich entschied mich für die Kalbsleber nach Art des Hauses, und ich kann nur sagen, dass sie perfekt zubereitet war. Die Kombination aus Aromen und die Zubereitung waren hervorragend und haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen.Insgesamt kann ich das Rote Haus in Dornbirn nur empfehlen. Es bietet eine gelungene Mischung aus historischer Atmosphäre, hervorragendem Service und köstlicher, gut zubereiteter Speisen. Ein gelungener Abend, den ich gerne wiederholen würde.
