Es gibt zwar auch ein Tagesgericht, aber der Fokus lag für uns klar beim Buffet. Dieses überzeugt vegetarisch mit einer bunten Vielfalt, gewisse warme, aber auch kalte Speisen dabei, plus Nachspeisen. Besonderheit dabei, dies alles wird dann nach Gewicht abgerechnet. Was macht das Buffet besonders? Erstmal eine sehr angenehme, völlig ausreichende Vielfalt, dann eine sehr gute Beschilderung der Allergene, und alles in hervorragender Bio Qualität! Zusätzlich gibt es eine besonders zu erwähnende Kuchenauswahl, die auch wiederum auf verschiedene Allergene eingeht. Solch eine Auswahl an glutenfreien Kuchen haben wir definitiv noch nirgends erlebt. Insgesamt ein absolut zu empfehlendes Restaurant der „besonderen“ Art. Wir fühlten uns absolut wohl, vom oben beschriebenen Speisenangebot bis zum super freundlichen, unaufdringlichen Service.
