Unser zugegeben wohlerzogener Enkel (3 J.) fiel trotz einer kindtypischen Grundlautstärke nicht negativ auf. Prädikat: Kinderfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind auch groß genug dafür. Frühstück: Kaffee/Tee pro Tisch frisch gekocht, nicht aus dem Samowar oder so. Rührei frisch gebraten, nicht aus der Warmhaltung. Die Marmeladen von allererster Qualität. Wurst, Schinken, Käse reichlich und gut. Müslibüffet. Und eine lächelnde Bedienung, der auch bei Nachschlag die gute Laune nicht abhanden kam. Essen? Probiert den Strohschweinebraten. 3 große Stücke wirklich gutes Fleisch. Kartoffelgratin, 5 Sorten Gemüse, auf den Punkt gegart, jede für sich gegart und gewürzt. Die Möhrchen sind das Beste. Dazu Einbecker Pils. Nehmt uns nicht die Zimmer weg, wir wollen wieder kommen.
