Ich habe hier gestern eine Bestellung zum mitnehmen aufgegeben. Leider war ich mit einem Teil der Bestellung nicht zufrieden und hatte daraufhin eine unzufriedene Rezension geschrieben. Heute wurde ich von dem Inhaber kontaktiert und es wurde sich erkundigt, was genau nicht gepasst hatte. Mir wurde daraufhin eine Entschädigung angeboten, die wirklich nicht nötig gewesen wäre. Das Verhalten des Inhabers hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht und es freut mich zu sehen, dass sie sich mit der Kritik auseinander setzten und versuchen die jeweiligen Punkte zu verbessern.
