Haben 2 Pizzen bestellt und nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit angerufen und nachgefragt, da die Lieferung innerhalb von 60 min versprochen wurde und noch immer keine Lieferung eingetroffen war.Man sollte den Kunden im Voraus Bescheid geben, wenn sich die Lieferung verspätet und nicht auf die Nachfrage vom Kunden warten - auch wenn an manchen Tagen viel los ist. Dann erspart man sich womöglich die Stornierung von Bestellungen…
