Lieferung war heiß und schnell, Pizza war gut.Allerdings wurden 2,20€ Lieferkosten verrechnet bei einer Pizza um 11,80€ obwohl im Shop explizit steht, dass bis 12€ nur der Differenzbetrag als Lieferkosten bezahlt werden muss.Lieferkosten wären eigentlich 2€ bis 12€ Mindestbestellwert. Dass der Shop dann auf 2,20€ Lieferkosten kommt ist eindeutig ein Fehler.Fahrer will also 14€ kassieren, im Telefonat mit dem Lokal wird mir dann doch 2€ aus Kulanz nachgelassen. Ich sei aber selbst verantwortlich, dass ich nur dann bestelle wenn der richtige Betrag im Shop steht. (Ok, dann bestelle ich nicht mehr!)Interessant ist aber, dass das Restaurant meint, dass der Online Shop nicht von ihnen ist und er nicht bestimmen kann was der Shop (Essimo) verlangt und wie das berechnet wird.Soweit ich weiß ist Essimo nur der Dienstleister, das Restaurant hat doch explizit Essimo damit beauftragt einen Shop für sie zu machen. Essimo verkauft keine Speisen sondern nur die Software.

Ich empfehle die Pizza sehr und die Pommes waren lecker aber, von meinem Burger das Hühnerfleisch war sehr trocken und die meisten Sachen haben drinnen gefehlt.
