Gerald N.Bürgermeister Jakob Reumann hat die Feuerbestattung und damit das Krematorium 1922 gegen den Widerstand der katholischen Kirche und der Christlichsozialen Partei durchgesetzt. Heute, hundert Jahre später, ist Feuerbestattung die normalste Sache der Welt.
