Dieses Lokal wurde uns empfohlen. Wir waren dermaßen überwältigt vom Gesamteindruck. Dort hat einfach alles gepasst. Freundlicher Empfang auch ohne Voranmeldung. Sehr nette Bedienung und auch sehr gutes Essen. Es war ein Erlebnis hier zu sein. Wir können es nur empfehlen, wenn man zu Besuch in Freiburg ist.
Quelle: GoogleWir waren nur zufällig bei Omas Küche, aber es war ein Glückstreffer. Die Speisekarte listet die Lieferanten des Restaurants auf; die Zutaten sind frisch und regional. Und das schmeckt man bei jeder Zutat, sei es der grüne Salat vorweg (mit Kresse und Buchweizen), die (hausgemachten?) Tagliatelle-Nudeln oder die frisch geschlagene Sahne zum Apfelstrudel. Ohne explizit darauf zu achten ist uns aufgefallen, wie frisch alles ist. Es wird ohne Geschmacksverstärker u.ä. Zusatzstoffe gekocht, nichts war versalzen, alles war lecker. Die Qualität ist sicherlich besser als bei der Konkurrenz für badische Küche in der Altstadt. Allerdings auch teurer; der Apfelstrudel kostet 10.50€. Die Bedienung war freundlich, hat zwischendurch gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei, insgesamt eine sehr gemütliche, entspannte Atmosphäre. Wir saßen lange da und es war viel los aber wir haben Essen und Trubel genossen.
