Eine traditionelle handwerklich Bäckerei wie man sie mittlerweile leider sehr, sehr selten findet. Die umfangreiche Auswahl an Backwaren durchweg von hervorragender Qualität, preislich logischerweise etwas höher angesetzt, aber Qualität hat halt seinen Preis, hier ist dieser auf jedenfall gänzlich gerechtfertigt. Das Personal ist freundlich, geduldig und kompetent. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend zu Verfügung

Ich vertrage die Massenware aus den Supermärkten nicht und habe genau das gefunden, was ich mir erhofft habe. Das Sauerteigbrot geht 12 bis 24 Stunden vor dem Backen. Geile Kruste, saftige und aromatische Krume. Ich komme wieder!
