Quelle: GoogleDas Cordon Bleu vom Schwein ist mit 30.00 CHF nicht ganz günstig als Menü, dafür hat es absolute Spitzenqualität und kann mit vergleichbaren Cordon Bleus in besseren bürgerlichen Restaurants und in gehobener Gastronomie gut mithalten. Die Beilagen sind frisch und vor Ort zubereitet worden. Das Personal ist sehr fleissig und hatte vor allem in dem sehr emsigen Mittagstisch (^^Lunchtime) alle Hände voll zu tun. Trotzdem haben Sie in Rekordzeit serviert und waren trotz vollem Haus niemals wirklich gestresst. Auch einzelne Zusatzbestellungen machen die auf dem Weg zum nächsten Tisch. Wir waren extra dort um das Training unserer nationalen Fliegerstaffel „Patrouille Suisse“ zu schauen. Dieses Restaurant eignet sich daher auch bestens für Planespotters zur Verpflegung weil es nur wenige Meter neben dem Absperrzaun des Flugplatzes liegt.Die Flugshow war der absolute Hammer und jederzeit wieder eine Reise wert.
