Man merkt, dass der Koch sich viel Mühe gibt, geschmacklich als auch optisch. Für meinen Geschmack könnten die Portionen ein kleines bisschen größer sein oder vlt alternativ eine kleiner Gruß aus der Küche vorab. Dann wäre es perfekt.
