Urige Wanderhütten-Atmosphäre mit teilweiser Selbstbedienung, freundliches Personal, sehr leckeres Essen, besonders die Schnitzel und Cordon Bleus sind ein Traum. Sonntags auch wechselnde Spezialitäten. Rollstuhlrampe am Eingang vorhanden, jedoch leider keine behindertengerechte Toilette. Schade auch, dass Hunde auch bei schlechter Witterung nur im Außenbereich erlaubt sind. Nur Barzahlung.

Mancher mag sich über die hohe Punktzahl wundern. Aber die Punkte stehen in sinnvollem Zusammenhang mit der Ausrichtung eines Naturfreundehauses und nicht eines Gourmettempels. Idyllisch gelegen mit herrlicher Aussicht. Als Wanderer und auch Autofahrer gut erreichbar, auch Übernachtung mit Frühstück möglich. Das Essen gut bürgerlich, auch an Vegetarier wird gedacht. Gerade in der heutigen Zeit günstige Preise, von den Portionen wird auch ein guter Esser ausreichend satt. Auch bestens geeignet für Hochzeiten oder sonstige große Feierlichkeiten. Hoffentlich gibt es diese Einrichtung noch sehr lange Zeit.
