Nadja‘s Mittagstisch in Fürstenwalde ist definitiv ein Anlaufpunkt für gute, vor allem für gute Deutsche Küche. Vieles was vor Jahrzehnten noch vielerorts zu finden war und nun, wie beispielsweise Kohlrouladen, nur noch mancherorts beim Kroaten zu bekommen ist, findet sich hier - und das in bester Qualität. Bei Nadja wird noch mit Liebe gekocht und das schmeckt man auch. In der Woche finden sich hier von 10:30 bis 15:00 Uhr Klassiker wie Schnitzel – mal vom Schwein, mal vom Huhn – „Berliner Leber“ mit Kartoffelpüree und Zwiebeln, Schmorkohl, Weißkohl-Eintopf, Rouladen und vieles, vieles mehr… Es gibt stets eine gute Auswahl an Beilagen, die Kartoffeln sind erwähnenswert gut und auch die Saucen haben ihren Namen verdient. Das Interieur ist einfach gehalten und nicht verspielt, hier ist klar es geht ums Essen und dieses serviert Nadja zu mehr als angemessenen Preisen trotz ordentlich großer Portionen. Das Angebot findet großen Anklang und wird in der Gegend sehr gut angenommen – eben mal wieder etwas Gutes, auch wenn es schnell gehen muss. Mein Kompliment für dieses einfache und bodenständige Konzept, eine glasklare Empfehlung an jeden hier einmal vorbei zu schauen. ENGLISH Nadja's Mittagstisch in Fürstenwalde is definitely a place to go for good, especially good German cuisine. Much of what decades ago was to be found in many places and now, such as cabbage rolls, is only available in some places at the Croatian, can be found here - and in the best quality. Nadja still cooks with love and you can taste it. During the week, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., you will find classics such as Schnitzel - sometimes from pork, sometimes from chicken - "Berliner Leber" with mashed potatoes and onions, braised cabbage, white cabbage stew, roulades and much, much more... There is always a good selection of side dishes, the potatoes are worth mentioning and the sauces are also worthy of their name. The interior is kept simple and not playful, here it is clear it's about food and this Nadja serves at more than reasonable prices despite decent sized portions. The offer is very well received in the area - just something good again, even if it has to go fast. My compliments for this simple and down-to-earth concept, a crystal-clear recommendation to everyone to stop by here once.
