Wer noch nie vegan gegessen hat, sollte hier mal vorbeischauen. Die Speisekarte enthält eine Auswahl von Gerichten, die mit jedem „Fleischrestaurant“ mithalten kann. Ich bin weder Vegetarier, und schon gar nicht Veganer, aber ich kann keinen Unterschied zu den „echten“ Fleischklassikern erkennen. Der Mykonos-Salat mit Gyros schmeckte wie beim Griechen und auch die Wraps haben mexikanisch geschmeckt. Bin sehr überrascht und komme gern wieder…

Die digitale Speisekarte ist ein netter Twist. Ich nahm den Brooklyn Chilli Cheese Burger und mit keiner Sekunde dachte ich, dass es sich hier um Fleischersatz handelt. Super lecker und die Texas Wedges sind auch nur zu empfehlen! Super leckeres Restaurant mit gehobenem Preis aber total Wert für das gebotene Essen. Gerne wieder!
