Wir sind Freunde von mehr Kitsch wie Bambus und so (daher 4 Sterne) aber das Lokal ist wirklich schick. Dann haben wir bei der netten und freundlichen Bedienung bestellt und was dann kam war wirklich wirklich gutes Sushi. Kennt ihr das, wenn der Reis zerkocht oder zu hart oder vollgesaugt ist und die Seetang Blätter sich auch vollsaugen und alles so wabblig schwabbelig ist? Hier absolut nicht der Fall! Wirklich top Konsistenz und lecker! Inhalte frisch und geschmackvoll und die heißen Sachen waren knusprig esswarm und Klasse im Geschmack. Nicht verkocht oder verbraten oder Tod frittiert Die Specials sind teurer aber auch kein "wir experimentieren mal was verrücktes" sondern "wir machen was seeehr leckeres" Der gute Reis und die guten Inhalte haben wir hier so nicht erwartet . Ganz ehrlich. Daher eine klare Empfehlung. Daumen hoch an den Koch! Essen gegen 15 Uhr am Samstag und absolut keine Wartezeit
