Das Essen ist wirklich sehr lecker. Ich war nun in vielen Restaurants und dort habe ich wirklich mal Liebe zur Qualität erlebt. Gerade wenn man mal etwas außergewöhnlich essen möchte und Wert auf die aktuelle Saison Sachsens legt. Preislich völlig gerechtfertigt. Gerne dabei bei der Strategie belassen. So möchte ich das Restaurant gerne öfter besuchen :) In den Fotos auch meinen leckeren Abend gepostet :P (Der Nachtisch war für 2 Personen, daher so groß) Empfehlung ist auf jedenfall der frische Fisch. Hab selten so gute Pilze als Beilage gehabt :P

Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service, passendes Ambiente und das Essen ist sowohl für was fürs Auge, als auch für den Gaumen. Preislich ebenfalls Top, hier das Überraschungsmenü sehr zu empfehlen. Aufjedenfall ein Geheimtipp um in Dresden richtig gut essen zu gehen.

Nur die Einrichtung finden wir noch nicht so richtig gemütlich, insbesondere wenn es nicht so gut besucht ist, wirkt alles etwas kahl. Vielleicht kann man hier noch etwas mehr mit Deko/ Licht/ einem besonderen Thema zur Wiedererkennung arbeiten? Das Restaurant liegt auch in einer Seitenstraße. Wir drücken Daumen, dass es sich hält.
