Waren in der Mittagszeit bei in Teltow in der Filiale war wuselig und unsere Bestellung verzögerte sich sehr. Auf Nachfrage und evtl Stornierung wurde der Patzer sofort behoben. Es gab eine sehr ehrliche Entschuldigung Wir werden wieder kommen, denn es kann immer mal zu Pannen kommen aber wie man damit umgegangen ist Hut ab

Essen ist wie gewohnt von anderen Franchise -Läden. Allerdings ist das Ambiente echt schlecht und der Laden ist dreckig. Spielgeräte der Kinder sind verschlissen.

Der Laden wird immer schlimmer. Am Mc Drive gute zehn Minuten gewartet, in denen gar nichts passierte. Als erstes bekommt man dann das Eis, damit es schon mal schmelzen kann. Dann irgendwann kriegt man die anderen Tüten. Zuhause angekommen merkt man dann, dass wieder mal was fehlt. Macht keinen Spaß mehr, dort was zu holen. Das neu eingestellte Personal ist komplett überfordert und spricht kaum Deutsch, so dass man sich nicht mal beschweren kann. Die wenigen langjährigen Mitarbeiter dort tun mir echt leid.
