Große Pommes wieder mal halb leer.. das sollte bei den zunehmenden Preissteigerungen einfach nicht sein.. dass mittlerweile eine Sauce schon €0.70 kostet und diese zudem meistens vergessen werden zu packen, ist auch ein Wahnsinn. Die Qualität vom Essen ist jedoch in Summe ganz gut.

Die Fähigkeit des Personals in der Filialle ist unter Jeder Kritik. Da weiß die Linke Hand nicht was die Rechte tut. Es ist schon öfters vorgekommen, dass ich nicht meine komplette Bestellung bekommen habe. Noch dazu sind die Wartezeiten auf sein Essen eine gefühlte ewigkeit.Ich finde es sehr schade, dass ich solche abstriche machen muss da ich Jahrelang Kunde in dieser Filliale bin.Aber jetzt ist es so weit das ich ein Statement dazu abgeben muss. Ich wünsche der Filialleitung viel erfolg besseres Personal zu finden und zu Schulen.Mit freundlichen Grüßen.
