Peter B.Typisches Rifugio direkt auf der Passhöhe Maniva. Spät nachmittags gab es halt keine Pasta mehr, sondern nur Panini caldi, dafür mit feinem Speck und einem sehr guten Bergkäse. Als Motofahrer habe ich natürlich auf Alkoholisches verzichtet. Dafür den Naturapfelsaft aus der Flasche genommen und heiß machen lassen. Fantastisch. Zum Nachtisch die hausgemachte Crostata, Heidelbeere und Aprikose, bestellt. Ausgesprochen gut. Preislich der Berglage angemessen. Gerne wieder.
