Alles ist wie man sich eine Alm vorstellt. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber super nett und herzlich mit bestem Essen.Der Parkplatz ist ca. 500 m und 120 hm entfernt (man sollte Kleingeld dabei haben). Die Aussicht ist grandios.Wir sind hier gelandet, weil wir Kaiserschmarrn bei Maps eingegeben habe und wurden hier hin geleitet. Große Portionen und faire Preise.
Quelle: GoogleDie Mahdegg-Alm liegt sehr schön inmitten markanter Bergformationen und ist allemal einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten leider Pech, denn wir hatten übersehen, dass an unserem Besuchstag Ruhetag war. So kann ich nur von außen urteilen, dass man hier wohl sehr gut und gemütlich einkehren kann. Hier noch meine Erfahrungen zum Hinkommen: wir sind von Werfenweng mit den Fahrrädern zur Mahdegg-Alm hochgefahren. Ich fahre ein Hardtail-Mountainbike, damit lässt sich das schon machen, wobei die Beschaffenheit und die Steilheit des Weges schon für ein Mountainbike sprechen. Meine Frau war mit einem E-Bike, das man wohl als „City-Bike“ einordnen kann, unterwegs, was letztlich nicht zu empfehlen ist.
