Ganz phantastisches Restaurant am Schloss Rodenberg. Drinnen und draußen ein Top Ambiente! Die offenen Weine, vor allem der Pinot Grigio sowie der Lugana, sind sehr lecker. Echte Carbonara mit Guanciale. Ein Traum! Dazu sehr aufmerksamer Service.

Vorspeisen kann man sich in einer Vitrine selber aussuchen oder zusammenstellen lassen, Also die Antipasti. Man kann aber auch a la carte Vorspeisen bestellen. Als Hauptspeise hatte ich eine Pizza, die wirklich sehr sehr gut schmeckte. Der Rand und der dünne Boden waren total knusprig aber überhaupt nicht "verkohlt" genau richtig eben! Wirklich selten so eine gute Pizza gegessen! Als Nachspeise gab es ein Limonen-Tiramisu, auch einfach lecker. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!!!
