Erstklassiger Service und ein äußerst kompetenter Sommelier, der perfekt zum Menü berät. Das Wintermenü war ein Genuss – kreative und verspielte Kreationen, die begeistern. Mein persönlicher Favorit: das außergewöhnliche Crème Brûlée mit Wasabi und Kaviar. Ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das ich gerne wiederholen werde!

Sehr schön zusammengestelltes Menü, ganz besonders begeistert war ich von der Kombination Zander & Blutwurst (geht nicht? doch geht hervorragend). Auch die Weinkarte wiess zu überzeugen und hier sind die Preise für ein Top-Restaurant noch im Rahmen.
