Als wir uns setzten, brach ein Stuhlbein. Meine Frau stürzte zu Boden. Nebst Schock ein schmerzender Ellbogen. Das Personal reagierte kaum, fragte ob wir Eis zur Kühlung brauchen und räumte den Stuhl weg. Wir finden diese mangelnde Empathie sehr enttäuschend und werden nicht mehr dorthin gehen.
