Der N.Hier wird hingebungsvoll und mit dem nötigen Sexappeal gekocht. Straight und ohne unnötiges Schischi präsentieren sich phänomenale Gerichte aus regionalen und saisonalen Produkten auf den Tellern. Der Service ist herzlich, authentisch und aufmerksam, hat Expertise und ist dabei zurückhaltend. (Seltene, aber gelungene Kombination). Die Getränkekarte wurde liebevoll und bedacht zusammengestellt und ergibt ein modernes, rundes Bild. Das Interieur ist…einfach lauschig und lädt dazu ein, aus einem Besuch im Restaurant, ein abendfüllendes Programm zu machen. Man könnte gar meinen, ein ordentlicher Gamechanger für die Flensburger Gastro-Szene. Merci, dass es euch gibt!

Matthias W.Tolles Konzept mit sehr sehr leckerem Essen. Hervorragende Gastgeber. Alle Gerichte kann man sich zum teilen in die Tischmitte bestellen. Sehr gute Weinauswahl. Da muss man hin!

Ralf L.Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und hatten das Restaurant über Google und den Bewertungen gefunden. Die guten Bewertungen können wir komplett nachvollziehen. Wir hatten das Überraschungs Menü und waren 5* zufrieden damit. Das war sooo lecker. Mal was völlig anderes im üblichen Restaurant einerlei und das Konzept überzeugt voll und ganz. Eins ist sicher das wird nicht der einzige Besuch geblieben sein. Hier werden wir ganz sicher wiederkommen.
