Wir sind wieder mal im weißen Rössl bei der Familie Hergenröder und ihrem Team gewesen. Ich kann's vorweg nehmen: Es ist immer wieder Spitzenklasse! Vorspeise, Gruß aus der Küche, Hauptgang, Nachspeise: es ist ein Traum. Die Herzlichkeit ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Soßen sind so gut abgeschmeckt, das Fleisch butterzart. Für das Duroc-Schwein, Rinderschulter oder Schnitzel braucht man nichtmal ein Messer. Der nicht mehr ganz so geheime Geigentipp ist außerdem das Eis und der Salat. Richtig stark. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!

Nach mehreren Empfehlungen besuchten wir mit Freunden das Weiße Rössl. Die kleine aber feine Speisekarte sprach uns sehr an. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert war alles exzellent. Und der Service war sehr nett. Gerne wieder.
