Ausgezeichnetes Gasthaus, das voll auf die Qualität setzt.Wir haben Schweinsbraten und Hühnerschnitzel bestellt. Alles war ausgezeichnet, die Salate super frisch und lecker. Die Säfte sind aus der Region, Soda-Zitron frisch gepresst. Selbst der Espresso war überraschend gut.Der Schweinsbraten war saftig, die Knödel hervorragend, weich und der Bratensaft war perfekt, sehr natürlich, ohne Zusätze.Auch der Schnitzel war knusprig und saftig zugleich.Der Kartoffelsalat war ganz nach meinem Geschmack, so finde ich es kaum noch wo. Bio Kartoffeln, dünn geschnitten, sehr gut mariniert, nicht zu süß (am Liebsten mag es ganz ohne Zucker).Zum Abschluss der Eis vom Bio Greislee. Hervorragend.Bereits es am Empfang super freundliches Personal, super Atmosphäre im traditionellen Look and Feel, super eingerichtet, traumhafter Gartner mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Man kann hier entspannend und genießen.Zusammenfassend: danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
