Quelle: GoogleSpontane telefonische Reservierung. Es wurde uns versichert, dass es noch Plätze frei hat und dass man uns 4 Plätze reserviert. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Aussenterrasse wegen dem aufkommenden Gewitter nicht bedient wird, wir werden in den 2. Stock verwiesen. Dort angekommen, weiß man nichts von unserer Reservation. Uns werden Plätze im Innenraum im 2. Stock zugewiesen. Die Fenster werden bei unserer Ankunft verschlossen - es ist viel zu heiss und zu schwül im Innenraum... Die unbedachte Terrasse sei laut Servicepersonal total ausgebucht, vorallem für die Leute welche im Aussenbereich im Erdgeschoss (direkt am Hafen) gebucht haben. Für uns verständlich, obwohl wir schon um 18:00 Uhr kommen und die Kunden, welche dort reserviert haben erst um 20:00 Uhr kommen oder später.Bedienung bemüht aber langsam. Es dauert sehr lange bis wir Getränke und Essen bestellen können.Essen am Schluss durchzogen: Fischtartar hervorragen, obwohl ich nicht verstehe warum mit dem Pommes frites noch Toastbrot geliefert wird. Hamburger hervorragend. Poulet Cordon bleu ok: Für meinen Geschmack zulange gegart und somit eher auf der trockenen Seite.Dessert: Moelleux au chocolat gut. Obwohl - ich möchte niemandem vor den Kopf stossen - ich bezweifle dass die Küchlein selber gemacht sind. Eiskugeln sind nur eingekauft und geschmacklich nicht herausragend. Käseteller vom Prinzip her eine tolle Idee, da Käse aus Neuchâtel und Region. In der Ausführung unspektakulär und langweilig...Am Schluss ein bemühter Service mit einer bemühter Küchenleistung. Aber im Vergleich zur Preis - Leistung ist es OK
