Im Rahmen eines Team Events verbrachten wir einen tollen Abend. Die Location ist super, Urs Hauri und Manuel Walther begleiteten und verhalfen uns zu einem einmaligen Geschmacks- und Kocherlebnis. Wir wurden mit einem Apéro empfangen und Schritt um Schritt in das Menu eingeführt und angeleitet. Alle Fragen zum Thema Kochen und Küche, welche so auftauchten wurden geduldig und professionell beantwortet, sodass auch ein Mehrwert für zu Hause entstand. Sehr gerne würde ich bei einer anderen Gelegenheit wieder kommen.
