Ich war kürzlich im La Forchetta und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Atmosphäre ist gemütlich und entspannt, perfekt für einen geselligen Abend. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, und die kulinarische Qualität spricht für sich. Bruschetta: Ein wirklich gelungenes Gericht. Das Brot war schön knusprig und die Tomaten perfekt gewürzt – ein einfaches, aber erfrischendes Startgericht. Penne alla Chef: Diese Penne waren definitiv ein Highlight. Die Sauce war cremig und gut gewürzt, mit einer perfekten Balance zwischen Knoblauch, Kräutern und einer angenehmen Frische. Einfach köstlich und sehr harmonisch im Geschmack. Rigatoni Carbonara: Die Rigatoni waren al dente und die Carbonara-Sauce cremig, aber nicht zu schwer. Die Kombination aus Speck und Ei war perfekt – einfach, aber richtig gut! Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, um noch mehr von der italienischen Küche zu genießen.
