04.02.2025 der erste Tag im klein & fein. Es gab erst eine Rinderbrühe (entweder selber gemacht oder eine sehr gute TK Brühe) mit Nudeln und Gemüse. War sehr gut. Dann Hacksteak mit Kartoffeln, Sauce, frischem Blumenkohl (noch mit Biss, nicht tot gekocht), mit einer Velouté. vorher gab es noch ein Sekt zur Begrüssung... das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war bodenständig und sehr lecker. Man wollte mir sogar noch ein Dessert kredenzen... aber ich bin kein Süss Freund. Preislich fand ich es auch völlig in Ordnung. Also wer auf der A66 oder durch Gelnhausen Höchst fährt und mittags Hunger hat, der sollte dort ruhig einkehren... ich fand wirklich gut.

SERVICE: Eine Mega-Frontfrau, bei der man die 29 Jahre Serviceerfahrung einfach genießen kann. Tolles Auge für ihre Kunden. Alles super sauber. Hier macht einfach alles Spaß und es ist ein absoluter Genussmoment. Daher wirklich meine absolute Empfehlung! Sie haben seit ca. 1 Jahr erst aufgemacht und sind echt eine kulinarische Perle, rustikal ohne dummen Schnickschnack. Bei vielen Gerichten ist sogar eine kleine, leckeres Suppe & ein süßer, kleiner Gruß aus der Küche, als Nachtisch schon im Preis enthalten...Mega!
