Wir hatten das Vergnügen einen Frischkäse selber herzustellen in dem angebotenen Kurs. Die Kursleiterin war sehr nett und hat uns viele Informationen geben können über die Herstellung. Wir werden gerne zu Hause weiter Käse herstellen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Erfahrung. Die Erwachsenen und Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß :)
