Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und hatten uns für das 7 Gänge Menü entschieden. Alle Gänge waren auf höchstem Niveau zubereitet und präsentiert. Der Service stand dem in nichts nach unsere Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, konnte alles erläutern und hat uns bestens versorgt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, die 7 Gänge waren von der Menge her allerdings eine echte Herausforderung. Wer in der Gegend oder gar im Hotel ist, sollte einen Besuch unbedingt einplanen. Das alles hat natürlich seinen Preis, den ist es aber allemal wert.

Das Jungborn ist ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Restaurant in gehobener Klasse. Das Essen ist Kunst, anrichten & Präsentation professionellst, ausgefallene Kombinationen in herausragender Qualität. Der Service ist oberstes Level. Das Ambiente in dem wunderbaren Keller ist kaum zu übertreffen. Ich gehe davon aus das wir wieder kommen :)

Wir haben zum zweiten mal im Jungborn gegessen. Das Menü ist ausgezeichnet, ebenso der Service. Wir sind ab sofort neue Stammgäste wenn wir im Bollants mal wieder einen Kurzurlaub genießen.
