Bei Johan zu Essen ist ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art!Die Zutaten seiner 2-3 Tagesgerichte sind immer frisch, er zaubert leckere orientalische Gerichte, gesund und mit den Düften seines Heimatlandes Assyrien. Er schupft den Laden, der geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet ist, ganz alleine, und so bedient man sich bei den Getränken selbst. Es gibt keine Speisekarte, dafür darf man auch mal in der Küche in die Töpfe schauen. Der Vorspeisenteller war wie immer, bunt und abwechslungsreich - ein Gedicht, danach gegrilltes Brassenfilet mit Mangold und Reis, einfach köstlich, und die ungezwungene und gemütliche Atmosphäre rundet das Gesamterlebnis "Essen" ab. Immer wieder gerne!
