Für mich gibts hier die besten Karpfen im Aischgrund. Von den eigenen Weihern und vom Chef zubereitet. Ebenso findet sich frisches Wild auf der Karte und manch andere Leckerei. Der Service und die Wirtsleut sind super. Macht weiter so! Neu ist das Kibitzenschnitzel mit Röstzwiebel und Ei, dazu Bratkartoffeln oder Pommes und Salat. Einfach Saugut.

Das Ambiente ein wenig nüchtern, dafür gibt es eine alte Musikbox, die man gg. eine Spende bedienen darf. Der Service freundlich, die Chefin mit bestimmtem Auftreten. Viel Karpfen zur Zeit auf der Speisekarte, ansonsten eher wenige Gerichte, dafür wird frisch gekocht. Sehr lecker waren der Pfefferkarpfen und der gemischte Braten. Das Highlight war aber der Rehbraten: Auf den Punkt gegart , butterzart, toller Geschmack. Die Preise wirklich passend. Zum Abschluss hatten wir von selbstgebrannten Bränden. Auch gut. Wir wollen wiederkommen. Von mir eine deutliche Empfehlung.
