Das Hotel ist eine Art Gesamtkunstwerk "alter" Hotelschule. Einrichtung und Freundlichkeit der Betreiber haben fast schon familiäre Herzlichkeit. Es ist ausstattungstechnisch kein Premiumhotel, wohl aber Premium in der Authentizität des liebevoll zusammengestellten Inventars. Das Abendessen bietet eine kleine Karte, die aber sehr ausgesucht ist und daher jedem Gast etwas bieten kann.

Sehr heimelig, gross, gemütlich und persönlich gestaltet! Auch der Speiseraum wurde sehr schön renoviert und bietet ein gut erhaltenes und gut gepflegtes altes Holzinterieur.Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch der Verkehr hält sich ziemlich in Grenzen. Das Hotel von Bergen befindet sich mitten drin. Es ist sehr authentisch, weil es sich in einem alten historischen Gebäude befindet. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Empfehlen würde ich es insbesondere wegen dem Essen. Sie verwenden lokale Produkte und bereiten vieles selber zu (Joghurt, Konfiture,...).
