Quelle: GoogleDas Croix Fédérale ist eine tolle Entdeckung. Wir waren vom Mittagsmenu hell begeistert. Es gab als Vorspeise einen raffiniert gewürzten Linsensalat mit schmackhaftem Rohschinken. Der Hauptgang bestand aus einem auf der Zunge zergehenden, zarten Rehwädli (!) auf dezent getrüffeltem Kartoffelpüree und einer „Wild-Gemüse“- Beilage. Hervorragend! Den Abschluss bildete ein ausgezeichnet mundendes Zitronen-Mascarponemousse mit Mangotopping.Die Speisen wurden auf elegantem, schönem Geschirr serviert und waren für Gaumen und Auge ein Erlebnis. Die freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung und die klare, gemütliche Raumambiance verstärkten die sympathische und exquisite Note dieses Gastbetriebes. Wir kommen gerne hierhin zurück.
