Kleine Unterbrechung/Rast während unserer Wanderung. Wir haben uns als „kleinen Snack“ für das Saumagencarpaccio und den lauwarmen Handkäs mit Musik entschieden. Die Portion als Vorspeise war ausreichen,geschmacklich hervorragend,aber preislich auch am oberen Ende. Man sitzt draußen sehr schön mitten im Ortskern. Vom Essen auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung,aber auch preislich etwas gehobener.

Quelle: GoogleÜber Martini, einem großen Festwochenende, waren wir in St. Martin. Gewohnt haben wir im Hotel Dalberg. Wir waren angenehm überrascht, über die großen Zimmer, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und die Herzlichkeit, Offenheit und Lebensfreude der Inhaber. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und hat allen geschmeckt. Der Hammer war jedoch das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen: Kaffee, O-Saft, optimal gekochte Eier, frische Wurst und Schinken, Käsesortiment, Lachs, geräucherte Forelle, Eiersalat, Marmelade, Nutella, frische Brötchen . . . Kein Wunsch blieb offen und immer wieder die Fragen des Wirts: "Habt ihr alles? Fehlt was? Passt's?" - Ja, alles hat gepasst. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.
