Ich war jetzt zum zweiten mal dort und finde es einen angenehmen Ort, um nach einem Ausflug/Wanderung in der Region (lohnt sich immer!) etwas zu Essen. Beim ersten Besuch durfte ich ein Zigeunerschnitzel verspeisen, die Soße war absolut empfehlenswert und selbst gemacht. Ich hatte ein Stück Brot dazu, weil ich nicht soviel Hunger hatte. Der Hamburger und die Bratkartoffeln waren auch sehr lecker. Meine Begleitung hatte einen großen Salat und war begeistert. Und man kommt mit den Menschen am Nachbartisch ganz schnell in's Babbeln. Herzlich.

Alte Dachziegel, auf dem Gebäude, Kopfsteinpflaster im Hof und die obligatorische Hofkatze vermitteln einen Charm, den man in südlicheren Gefilden Europas vermuten würde. Eine solide Küche, wie man es für eine Strausswirtschaft erwartet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
