Das Hikoo hat wundervolles japanisches Ambiente und bietet neben den tollen zentral- und nordjapanischen Gerichten auch japanische Popmusik die den Aufenthalt noch besser macht. Das Essen war Qualität hochwertig und geschmacklich einwandfrei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Stimmung im Laden war sehr gut.
Quelle: GoogleIch gehe seit längerem immer wieder zu Hikoo weil ich nicht genug davon kriege. Es ist mit Abstand der beste Ramenladen, den es meiner Meinung nach gibt. Die Shio Wantan Ramen bestelle ich mir bei jedem Besuch. Die Brühe ist einfach klasse, die Nudeln sehr schmackhaft und das Ei (Ajitama) ist unglaublich lecker, sodass ich mir immer noch eins extra bestelle. Großes Lob an die Mitarbeitenden. Die Leute sind immer so lieb und lustig drauf, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Man kriegt auch zu Stoßzeiten oft einen Platz und man merkt wie viel Mühe sie sich geben einen zwischen Reservierungen reinzuquetschen. Auch das Ambiente ist total süß. Viele schöne Poster und Manga-Karten als Dekoration an der Wand und die Sitzplätze und Tische sind immer sauber gehalten. Auch arbeiten die Mitarbeiter sehr schnell und man muss nicht lange auf sein Essen warten.
