Für mich persönlich der beste Japaner in Süddeutschland, das omakase Menü mit dem Wagyu ist einfach unglaublich, es schmeckt brutal, der Chef Hashimoto spielt sehr gut mit den verschiedenen Geschmäckern. Manchmal sauer manchmal süß, manchmal bitter. Jeder Gang ist ein Erlebnis, es ist eine Institution. Am Schluss kommt das Dessert und eine Bäckerei könnte es nicht besser machen.

Es hat natürlich einen gehobenen Preis, aber es ist immer ein Erlebnis. Und die Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist toll, man fühlt sich besonders und sehr wohl dort.
Quelle: GoogleWenn wir unterwegs sind, suchen wir uns immer spezielle Restaurants raus, die es bei uns in der Gegend nicht gibt und wie wollten schon lange Tepaniaki ausprobieren und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Hatten beide das Grill Menu und jeder einzelne Gang war einfach nur meeeega lecker. Service sehr freundlich und höflich, jeder Gang wurde erklärt und wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Das Zubereiten des Hauptganges am Tisch war ein mega Erlebnis für uns. Insgesamt einfach ein gelungener Abend!!!
