Ich bin bestimmt etwas voreingenommen, weil Sushi zu meinen Leibspeisen zählt. Dennoch möchte ich hervorheben wie professionell es zubereitet wird. Nicht "nur" Geschmack zählt, das Auge isst auch mit und hier wird es satt. Vor kurzem erst durfte ich feststellen, dass Haikky umgebaut und sich nicht nur vergrößert hat, sondern auch etwas mehr in die japanische Popkultur, deren Fan ich mich auch zähle, eingetaucht ist. So begrüßen einen Anime Bilder an den Fenstern, auch das Gesamtbild des Restaurants gibt jetzt mehr Charm von sich als noch vor dem Umbau. Ich wurde also sehr positiv überrascht bei meinem letzten Besuch und freue mich auf viele weitere. Da man es nie genug sagen kann und es viel zu wenig oft gehört wird möchte ich hiermit meine Freude und Dankbarkeit dem Haikky Team entgegen bringen, welches mich noch nie enttäuscht hat. Dankeschön!
