Hier bekommt ihr die definitive Abwechslung zum normalen Dürüm welches man oft lieblos überall bekommt. Hier wird der Yufka aus Pizzateig selbst gemacht. Dünn und frisch wird er dann reichlich gefüllt und nun nochmals im Ofen angebacken. Somit ist der Dürüm wunderbar warm und leicht knusprig.Der Preis ist moderat und die Bedienung neutral freundlich.👍👍
