Schade nur, dass die Falafel immer gefrohren ist und nur kurz in die Friteuse geschmissen wird, ist leider bei den meisten Dönerläden der Fall. Selbstgemachte Falafel ist meistens wesentlich besser! Eine Bitte noch. Warum wird die Sauce nicht zuerst auf beide Seiten vom Fladenbrot aufgebracht? So wäre sie perfekt verteilst. Mit einem Klecks Sauce oben drauf verteilt sich nicht alles und unten ist der Döner zu trocken.
