Quelle: GoogleDas Combinado Gaucho (mit Garnelen) und das Lomo Gaucho (mit Spinat, Folienkartoffel, Sauce hollandaise) waren traumhaft. Das 200 g Filetstück war sowas von zart... ich kann mich nicht erinnern, ein besseres Steak gegessen zu haben. Wichtig, man wird extra vom freundlichen Personal gefragt, das Filet unbedingt auf dem heißen Stein bestellen! Auch der inkludiert gemischte Salat, die verschiedenen Brötchen mit delikaten Aufstrichen... mmhhhh! Übrigens... Ein Gast an unserem Tisch hat den Butter Aufstrich mit dem dunklen Aufstrich als "Kräuterbutter" auf dem Steak genossen! Und... man kennt sich nicht unbedingt mit den argentischen Wein-Namen aus... der "Roble Syrah" war für uns die perfekte Weinbegleitung.
