Was soll ich sagen?! Das Bahnhöfle: Der Wolf im Schafspelz! Bzw. Das Michellin Lokal in rustikalen Gewand. Das Ambiente ist recht in die Jahre gekommen und die Einrichtung sehr einfach und urig gehalten. Das Essen jedoch, ist fabelhaft bis Spitzenklasse. Egal ob Salat, Kässpätzle, Schnitzel oder Rostbraten. Das essen ist phänomenal. Das Bier ist von Berg und sehr süffig. Immer ein Besuch wert.

Ein riesen Eimer voll selbstgemachten schwäbischen Kartoffelsalat (der spitzenmäßig war). Dann betraten wir den Gastraum. Der Mann der ausschenkte war hackedicht. Naja wenn man direkt an der Quelle arbeitet sei es ihm verziehen. Erst waren wir skeptisch, haben uns dann doch dazu entschieden da zu bleiben und hier zu essen. Und was soll ich sagen, wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Spätzle perfekt. Zwiebelrostbraten mit einer der Besten die ich je gegessen habe. Butterzart, würzig - alles in allem sehr gut. Wenn wir das nächste mal da sind gönne ich mir das sicherlich nochmal.
