Im Gasthof zu Schmiede können Sie ausgezeichnet Speisen. Er ist einer der besten Gaststätten nördlich von Chemnitz. Das Essen ist handgemacht und von sehr hoher Qualität. Die Portionen sind reichlich, lassen aber auch noch einen Spielraum, um einen Nachtisch zu essen. Auf den Bildern sehen Sie u.a. Rahmgulasch vom Kalb, Steinbuttfilet und Entenbrust. Die Bedienung ist zuvorkommend, schnell und freundlich. Sie können in der Gaststube oder im beheizten Wintergarten sitzen.
Quelle: GoogleWenn man 6 Sterne vergeben könnte, hier wäre es angebracht. Qualität der Speisen absolute Oberklasse. Dazu noch nachhaltig weil die Produkte direkt aus der Nachbarschaft kommen. Die schon hohen Preise sind durch die gebotene Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Quelle: GoogleUns hat es zufällig in den Gasthof zur Schmiede geführt und wir wurden sehr herzlich und in einem schönen Ambiente, mit einer köstlichen Vorspeise (selbst gemachtes Brot und Dips) sowie vorzüglichen Hauptspeisen beglückt. Der Service hatte alles im Griff, konnte alle Speisen genau erklären und sie Zutaten benennen. Wir können einen Besuch einfach nur empfehlen.
