Ich hatte vor kurzem das Vergnügen mein Mittagessen im Gasthof zum Schwan in Wattens genießen zu dürfen!Der Fisch war top gebraten und die Beilagen sehr gut abgeschmeckt!Der Gasthof hat tolle Räumlichkeiten und der Service war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Klare 5 Sterne!

Quelle: GoogleWir sind als Touristen hier und wollten Tiroler Küche. Ein Stammgast empfahl uns den Schwan, dort würden unsere Wünsche auf kreative Art umgesetzt. Das Saibling-Tatar war mit Apfelspalten und Kapuzinerkresse und deren Blüten versehen, schon mal sehr pfiffig und vor allem nicht schwerfällig. Das Lammbeuschel mit Minze und Semmelknödel war dann ein absolutes Geschmackserlebnis: auf leichten Füssen daherkommend mit leichter Säure, und gut erlebbaren Bestandteilen! Als Dessert war das mit allerlei Beeren und Honigkrusteln dekorierte Melchermuas ein würdiger Abschluss. Dazu absolut passend ein "Phantom" als Rotwein-Cuvee. Wir müssen da nochmal hin!
