Wirklich ein kleiner Geheimtipp...... der Gasthof zum Brunnenfeger. Wir waren am vergangenen Sonntag 03.11.2024 unterwegs in Hilders. Die Wandertour "Der Hilderser" stand auf unserem Plan. Nachdem wir gegen 15:30 die Tour beendet hatten waren wir auf der Suche nach einer Gaststätte in der wir eine warme Mahlzeit zu uns nehmen wollten.... gar nicht so einfach um diese Uhrzeit und zu dieser Jahreszeit. Zufällig sind wir auf die Gaststätte zum Brunnenfeger gestoßen..... wir wurden herzlich von der Chefin empfangen in einer kleinen einfachen und urigen Gaststätte..... das Essen wird hier jederzeit frisch zubereitet und ist Mega lecker...... vor allem die Burger sind der Hit, die Buns sowie die Patties werden von der Chefin selbst gemacht (siehe Fotos). Die Preise sind für die heutige Zeit und Qualität wirklich Klasse . Zudem kann man mit der Chefin sehr nett plaudern, irgendwie fühlt man sich wie zu Hause "Futtern wie bei Muttern". Wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, und bestimmt bei Gelegenheit sehr gerne wieder hier einkehren.

Quelle: GoogleDie Wirtin ist ein echtes Urgestein. Lustig und emsig. Das Essen war wirklich hausgemacht: Hirschbraten mit Bärlauchsemmelknödeln und Rotkraut, Preiselbeeren und noch warmes Apfelmus. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt.
