Ich selbst aus Jahrzehntelanger Gastronomie bewerte dieses sehr gerne.Ich hatte als Vorspeise eine Flädlesuppe ( Fritatten) und als Hauptgang Zürcher Geschnetzeltes... also so gut habe ich schon sehr lange nicht mehr gegessen. Es hat einfach alles nach Regional geschmeckt.Die Suppe ausgezeichnet genau die richtige Konsistenz, kein Salz & Pfeffer nötig.Das Geschnetzelte... butterweiches Fleisch.. sehr gute Rösti... sauce ein Traum... also das beste Geschnetzelte was ich bis jetzt gegessen habe.Preis/ Leistung mehr als TOP!!!!Werde definitiv wiederkommen.Gruss aus Vorarlberg
